Proverbs 17:22 “A merry heart is good medicine and a cheerful mind works healing.”
Anyone who has been around me for any length of time, has probably seen me wave my hand in the shape of the “L” and may have heard me say the phrase “Love and Laughter” exclaimed as I walk out the door. And it’s for good reason! I believe that the best lives have Love and Laughter as primary components of day-to-day living. If you have laughter and you live in love and giving love, you will have a successful life.
Scientists confirm what scripture has long instructed us: laughter is actually one way that your body can heal. Sometimes, laughing is the best way to get your body and your spirit aligned with the joy that Jesus brings and being rooted and grounded in His love is what makes us secure in life.
